Labor Day Fluke 9/2
« on: September 02, 2013, 06:38:45 PM »
Had Open Boat today and ran to the deep. Fished mostly 50-70 ft. Threw the metal and the meat today and both had about the same results. Took a long ride to the east in some 80ft  depths and had a few ling but not so much on the fluke side...ran back to where we were and the current was flying but they bit well. 16 oz to hold bottom at times but we weeded thru the shorts and all of our keeps today were well over 19 inches up to 7 lbs and a few 4's and 5's thrown in.
Fluke time is running out....open boat or charters available this weekend so give us a shout!

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
