Tournament 11/9
« on: November 09, 2013, 08:33:45 PM »
Scott G, Jersey Joe and I were asked to join Capt.Mike today for a Striper  tournament trip.  We got a real late start and broke Manasquan inlet after 8:30 am.  We head north and tried a few spots.  Nada.. Then some of our members gave us some intel and we ran way north passed the hook.  By the time we arrived the tide was slacking and the bite died.  fcp
During the 25 mile run back we stopped at a couple of spots, Saw capt.Joe of Irish Ayes slt.
Only Blues to show for our efforts.. We put 75 miles on the boat today.

Were gonna leave very early tomorrow for another shot.
Thanks everyone for your help and texts chrz
     Very much appreciated,  Eddie

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
