Body of missing boater found in Highlands.

Well, they finally found Puppet.  It is sad as he was so young, but at least finding the body will bring closure to his family and friends.

Puppy and I were good friends....towed him in a few times coming in from a trip when he had engine  problems and when he would sleep on his boat overnight in the little cove between the sea streak dock and sandy hook bay marina, I would sneak up on him and get on the air horn for a wake up call. Will certainly miss him, but glad there is some sort of closure for the family.
What actually happened that day remains his secret.
