Raritan blues sunday 5/18
« on: May 20, 2014, 07:56:55 AM »
Trolled plugs for the last three hours of the am incoming with only 2 large blues visiting the boat.  After the tide change decided to switch gears and head to the shallows for blues.  After searching for a while it was game on.  Spoon fed the blues for a couple of hours until we were exhausted.  A lot of fun on light tackle with lots doubles and triples.  Heading back out this afternoon.

Nice job!! Light tackle is a blast.  I like using the plastic topwater plugs for them. t^   What marina are you out of?

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Hi Eddie, no marina.  I just have an 18ft starweld that we trailer and usually launch at the keyport boat basin.  Are you on the left on the way out?
