Went on a NSPB last evening, took a while to get our bunker and left us with only a few hours of fishing. Fishing was a pick, we'd get 3 or 4 blowups, then nothing for the rest of drift, set up again, some blowups, then nothing. 6 stripers were boated between 18ish people, pool was 42 lbs.
Personally, I had 2 blow ups which I think nobody else had more then one, I did everything right with my bail already open but they just didn't want to take my bunker. They just wanted to **** with my head and leave me hanging. One of these stripers was pretty huge too, he blew me up close to the boat when nobody was on my side and his tail was HUGE. Around the size of the 40 lber I had a few years ago on a similar trip. What could've been
