Today Tom and I had the Roosters out on the Fluke grounds. First stop this morning was at the Shrewsbury Channel for short Fluke and tons of seaweed, moved out near the fleet at the Bug Light and over to the pound nets for more shorts.Joined the fleet on the Knoll where we had wind against tide.Made a little wiggle to just West of #13 Sandy Hook Channel where there are many complex dropoffs, here Tom picked up two Fluke @ 23+” within fifteen minutes of each other.Tried to fish the ocean but the leftover roll was unfishable, there were breakers on the False Hook. Went in at noon with two keepers. Pete
