Had the pleasure to work the sticky with Brother Jay, T-Bone and Don. Got fresh strips right quick and returned half again for another day. Mind was made up long before sunrise that we needed to go exploring again. You kinda fall into a trance when you're snake bite. Motored in with flat seas. First and second drift produced well over 25-30 shorts and not an 18" er to be found. Deeper water showed good signs of life with steady action. Couple of biscuits for the gravy boat and pockets of keeper fluke kept us entertained. Strips got their attention and the teaser locked them up. Nothing enormous but good quality fish. T-bone got his gift card in the mail from Donnie with a nice ring dinger. I'll be wokking those biscuits asian style tomorrow.
