Reel repair service in Niorthern NJ
« on: October 27, 2007, 11:06:23 AM »
Need to bring in some reels for some basic service, tune up (a bunchactually). Any reco a place in North jersey that is reasonable and does good work?

The closest to me that I know of is Fairfield Tackle. Anyone familiar?

Thanks.

I don't know if Sayreville is to far for you, if not, you might want to give this guy a try:

I can't vouch for him personally, as I service my own, but I've heard via another site that he's a good guy.

I'm not breathless about Fairfield, wouldn't use them. I go back to the days when they were called Newark Sinker.

By the way, I do consider Sayreville northern NJ, LOL.
