Went out looking for Bass with my son. Started out trolling north of the Navy Pier. Went over some nice marks but we only were able to land a 16# blue on a spoon. Tried jigging shads and metal under some birds by CH Channel without a touch. Back on the troll we picked up another large blue by the sticks. Finished the day catching are releasing 6 more blues between the channels. Got a call from Hunter 2 that there were some short bass being caught in SH Channel just as I finished cleaning up the boat
Still a great fall day out on the water.
