Sounds like a slight of hand by the regulators. Give us four days in the spring and take away four in the fall if I read it correctly.

hell might as well make it 4 hrs earlier. why bother? these guys are just too full of themselves to exist. go get real jobs where you actually do something productive and stop wasting my time and tax dollars.  losers

It's not finalized but they do want to swap four fall days for four spring days. They say the spring days are better and you can catch other fish in the fall. But if you don't like it, the record is open and anyone can voice an opinion.
