actually made it out today
« on: November 11, 2007, 07:37:26 PM »
it was a pretty late start, but made it. TT^

went out barney inlet and headed north in 40-50ft of water. wasn't far and started marking tons of something, so set up the troll, which was a white bunker spoon and a small white spoon w/ a 6oz drail.

20 minutes into the troll got a knock down on the small spoon which turned out to be a decent blue. switched upto double small spoons, and got 1 more hit, but no takers.

tried to jig some of the marks but nothing off the diamond jig or bucktail. broke back into the inlet a little before dark for a beautiful ride back through the bay.

Good job ReelTime.  I was out today jigging and trolling umbrellas.  Pearl and chartrues shads did the trick on the troll for us today.
