I was worried about crowds but it wasn't crowded at all. Just me and a few other guys.

Didn't notice anyone keeping shorts. Seems like everyone had thier one keeper though...maybe more than one.

Was there saturday as well.  The fiance and I had to have atleast a 100 fish with about a dozen that were 14-16".  Others were mostly 11-13".

There was a large group with multiple vehicles all with NY tags where we fished.

I hope they had sense enough not to keep ten fish per man!!

Did see them throw fish back but you never know.  Was surprised F&G weren't around as when I used to fish there often, they'd be checking almost every time. 5hrug

Good luck Mister Pengion.  I am going to TRY to get out tomorrow too.   Sounds like it's going to be a blow out though.   thud

Hi All,

Ran the boat through there on the way to take it out for the Winter.

There were many people fishing in the early afternoon and many fish (but short) being pulled up! It looked like most people were using a high/low rig with clam.

The water in the bay, rivers and ocean is a consistant 58 degs F.

Good luck,

Capt. Ed
