last 2 trips to AxCL were all shorts very depressing took a couple of days off/met an old friend at the tackle shop this am who had a great day east of AX cl yesterday/gave me some mackerel fillets and said they had used sea robin strips on their trip/great advice 2 hours 4 keepers to 23 inches/mixed the strips with gulp and some killies/drift was very fast had to use heavy sinkers which made me miss some bites but great day/all fish on high low rigs with short leaders/great fish fry for dinner
