The 2016 - 2017 Fish Code has been proposed by the NJ Fish and Game Council and the NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife. The Fish Code governs fishing regulations in the fresh waters of the state. A public hearing concerning the proposed amendments will be held on November 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Division's Conservation Center at the Assunpink WMA. Comments must be submitted by December 4.
