Bad timing. Jersey Joe and Scott G joined me for a couple hours of trolling. I got some calls that the Stripers were biting , also saw friends cleaning fish at the marina. Got to the grounds at 5:30 which was half way through the outgoing tide, and put out spoons, also tried shad umbrellas, No takers. We missed the bight but made it back for the start of the Mets game.

Nice talking to you last night, Eddie.  The bite shut down for us about 5PM.  We were still marking fish but we could not get anything to hit spoons or shads.
