Belford Fishing
« on: October 13, 2015, 10:14:15 AM »
So i decided to go out on Sunday Morning early, the water was calm, surprisingly clean. I was in 4-5 foot of water and could see the bottom clearly, that storm did a nice job on cleaning the water.

so i trolled a umbrella rig and a eal, no takers seen alot of bait fish on sounder, found a few school of fish on sounder but no takers. around 10:00 the wind kicked in and the tide was running out fast and with the wind i called it a day.
i was in anywhere from 4 feet of water out to 18 feet of water trolling around. i may not have found a fish on my line, but i was impressed  with the quality of the water.

be safe  slt
I'M working on fishing.

Back in my kayak days I had the most luck trolling a tube n worm and a stretch along both channel edges between the last bouys. and the area out between the channel and the pier.
