A mostly settled week where above average temperatures will be seen and mixed water conditions. Monday through Wednesday will be dry with a mixture of sun and clouds. This part of the week will see more sun than clouds. Thursday Day will have very low chances of rain showers and some increasing cloudiness. Thursday Night will have the greatest chances of rain showers. These showers will clear out for Friday. High temperatures will start off in the 50’s, then move into the 60’s and then mid 70’s by Wednesday and Thursday. Friday will see 50’s and 60’s again. Overnight lows will mainly be in the 40’s and 50’s, while some northern areas could still see some 30’s. Water conditions will be mixed by day and location. Rivers and bays will have mainly good conditions all week. These areas could see some cautious conditions to start Monday. Inshore ocean waters will be cautious on Monday with winds to 25 knots, good on Tuesday, cautious on Wednesday for winds to 25 knots and seas to 6 feet, Thursday and Friday will be borderline for seas to 5 feet still. Midshore to offshore waters will be cautious or borderline all week! Surf and beach conditions will be good through Wednesday, then ok for Thursday and Friday. The first half of the week could see some gustier winds to 20-25 knots, but surf heights will remain 1-3 feet on average. On Thursday and Friday, winds will be normal, but surf heights could push 6 feet. Water temperatures are steady in the 40’s. UV Index will be Moderate to High at 3-6/15.

High pressure over the Mid Atlantic States will relocate off the Southeast Coast by late Monday and remain nearly stationary this week. A cold front is likely on Thursday Night or Friday. Low pressure out of Texas should move northeast into the area late in the weekend.

The weekend will continue those chances of rain showers with mild temperatures. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s with overnight lows in the 40’s. Water, surf and beach conditions will be borderline to cautious most of the weekend with high seas on Saturday and then gusty winds and seas for Sunday.

Have a great week and thanks for reading!
