Ocean Fluke part deux 07/02/16

left dock 5:30 am headed north again/slight chop water low 70's near Red Church had strong outgoing tide and NW wind for beautiful drift/nice keepers today all in 3-4 lb class/very few skates and robins and @6 to 1 ratio on throwbacks/very few boats were out/fished several areas between Monmouth beach and Red church from 35 to 45 feet/great day on the water
