Highs in the upper 40's to low 50's on Saturday with lows in the upper 20's to 30's. Sunday highs in the upper 50's to low 60's with lows in the 30's and 40's. Water conditions will be cautious with gusty winds to 30 knots and seas to 5 feet inshore and 8 feet offshore. Surf conditions will be borderline to cautious with gusty winds and surf heights 3-5 feet.
