If you've always wanted to get your USCG OUPV (6 pack) license now is your chance. 3 B's Captain School is running their OUPV course at my Bensalem (PA) training center beginning on January 12th. The center is within 1 to 1.5 hours of most shore points and is easily accessible from all major routes of travel. The class will run 2 consecutive Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday and will include the test.
