Nice find. Depth finders are so advanced that you really have to go through the manual over and over again to learn all the features and tweak them to your advantage. ??? I grew up with the flashing strobe dial depth finder in the 70's. :P

I still have one, I just spotted it the other day.  Pretty cool.  I wonder if I can convert it to a side scan for off the beach?

I always run a triple split screen with 50 meg- 200mg- A scope.......

amazing what is picked up on one and not the other......A scope is far the best  t^

What Units do you guys have?  I have the Furuno 620.  So far, so good.  I do need to do a little tweaking though.

Hummingbird 917c, Nice big screen, with a quadrabeam transducer, 2 beams down, wide and narrow and 1 beam to left and 1 to right, I like it, Other brands do the same thing.. ;)
