Southpaw at Tappan Zee 4/19
« on: April 20, 2008, 05:05:28 PM »
Great day to be out. Water temp @ 51 degrees. Launched the boat at 7 am. It was slack tide and the fish weren't biting. We tried south of the bridge on the west shore where we saw several other boats anchored up and nobody else was doing anything. We headed north to Croton Point with the same results. We got word from another captain that they were on fish down south where we were. We got back down there and were able to boat 2 shorts and 1 keeper in the shor amount of time the bite was on. Good day overall and felt great to get back on the water. TT^

Should be an easy sale. They don't own any, that's why they weren't wearing any.  TT^

We Dropped in at the Nyack, Municipal launch. Andaught the fish on the south side of the bridge along the west bank.
