Need some ramp help

I am thinking of going out of Great Kills. Can anyone tell me where to launch? I have never been there.

Nichols Marina at Great Kills Park (718) 351-8476 serves boaters visiting Great Kills Harbor. A Boat Launch Ramp parking permit is available at great Kills Park. Call 718-987-6790 for details.

I found that and called them. Cant get in to buy a permit till 9 am. I would like to be fishing before that.

Woodbridge ramp at Seawaren isn't SI, but its a great ramp, and it isn't all that long of a ride to the Great Kills area, plus you don't have the tolls to contend with.
