If we had kept our trip on for today you wouldn't have that problem. We would have been in the ocean.  TT^

Wicked day to say the least.  Coming home from work the bay looked unreal.  Cheesequake and Matawan creeks were almost up to the Parkway!
Tried to get into Keyport to take a look but everything was flooded.
I've seen real high blow in tides before, but today took the cake for sure.

I had heard from another Capt. that we had 4-6' in the bay and the were tight. WOW!!!

Just got back from the boat still can't get in her to slacken the lines water too high still.

I too have plenty insurance, still would not want to cash in on it though. I rather keep an eye on her.

Has the water gone down any Mike? Keep an eye on them lines so you don't get hung up on the dock when the water starts to receed. Good luck with her.

I could not get down green street earlier today around 5:pm!

We have floating docks too, I am just not happy about their setup here.

That sucks.
I am (as is Sam) tied off to a floating dock and to a floating finger dock (which is attached to the main dock), so should be ok.

I am on a floater too. A little peace of mind knowing that the dock will rise with the boat and the lines do not need adjusting.  t^
