Raritan Bay-GK Harbor
« on: May 08, 2008, 01:42:49 PM »
my 1st report  ;D - Fished the mouth at GK Harbor from 1230pm-430pm. Plenty of bunker schools and they were tight which was a good sign. Since it was pretty snotty out we stayed at the mouth and drifted. Snagged me some bunker and started chunking. Also live lined some small bunkers as well. I was lookin to fish about 100ft off the school in hopes to land some lazy bass lookin for a freebie but I only had bluefish up the wahzoo! 5hrug The wind and current made for a fast drift so we had bluefish in spurts. Blues were 6-10lbs, way to many to count. I will be going back out as soon as the weather turns. See ya out there and tight lines  slt

Nice report, good job on the blues. You didn't get the bass because YOU DIDN'T HAVE YOUR CAMERA.  TT^
