Opening day Of Fluke

SO much for my opening day of Fluke. 2 weeks ago (the weekend of the May 3rd) our Daughter who is 24 years old annouced to us that she is getting married, to a nice guy that she has been going out with for 2 years, Oh thats great news, WONDERFUL NEWS t^  A week later she told us the date, May 24th OF THIS YEAR, 4 WEEKS NOTICE,  5hrug Ohhhh Dad, just something small in a local park. OH LA DE DA DA DAAAAAAAAA. First words out of my mouth "Do you have to get married are you knocked up" ANSWER, NO well what the hell. I guess she dosen't want him to get away now that he said yes. Guess I won't be posting any reports for that weekend.  KIDS

Hey Skip, I feel your pain. My nephew is getting married the same freakin day! Kids have no consideration at all for us fishermen.  TT^

I will be getting out Sunday. Monday and Tuesday that week though.  ;D

Congrats and condolances! The tip of the Hook sounds like a great place to me..Even better,  maybe you can talk her into a marriage at sea, on a chartered party boat.. I hear Captains are allowed to perform marriages.. Very romantic IMO..(except for all the squid parts and spearing lying around of course)
