Last year Cody Marina winterized my boat. When I went to pick it up, the wheel jack was broken. I told them to replace it and then they wanted to charge me. I said wtf... I told them they broke it. They said that I can't prove it. I told them that the way they move the boats around the yard, they never lift the jack up, they take the fork lift with the ball on the blade and move it around that way, then when they put it down, they drop in on the wheel jack. Those wheel jack aren't made to take that kinda pounding, especially on a 26' boat. I told them that if they are going to cry over a $75.00 wheel jack after I just spent over $80 K the year before for the boat, then about $500.00 that day to winterize it, I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND TAKE OTHER PEOPLE WITH ME. They finally replaced it after an hour with the manager.. NEVER AGAIN.
