What's your budget?

I did some research on it this past weekend.

TBO

If you are still looking I would recommend  the Porter Cable 7424.  Definitly pricey ($120) but it will do a great job...and last.  I have a dark blue hull that is 18 years old and the 7424 is what I use to keep it with a high luster. My $0.02

chicago tools makes a $24 buffer. you probably do not want a random orbital, as you won't be able to
compound. you want a variable speed polisher, with a 3m head on it. with that set up, you can wax, as well As compound, fast.  chrz
