Hunter 2 report, June 3rd eve...
« on: June 03, 2008, 10:46:24 PM »

left dock in hopes for some Fluke around 5:30pm with 2 friends aboard.  water temp around 64 deg.  strong wind started picking up. head over to he raritan triangle with no bites and heavy seas,, went back to the Keyport area and started drifting. Noticed some blues in area. Switched over to topwater plugs and landed and released over 50 blues in a couple of hours.
good times were had by all! chrz chrz

It took longer to  remove the double treble hooks then to catch the fish.. one blue every cast or two.. I may put a single hook on the rear of the popper..  chrz

Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.
