Raritan Bay stripers

Any news if the stripers are still by the lighthouses?  I have a small boat, so I dont go out into the ocean.  Is it worth it to head to the bay this weekend?

you can't go wrong if your having fun out on the water on a nice day.. the catching is just a bonus.
