Asian Market Squid

Just purchased three large cleaned beautiful squid from the asian market on route 18
Total coast 8 bucks
This is the real heavy stuff that makes big strips
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR SQUID FROM THE MARKET

you guys dont find this stuff to be to thick ,I found it to have no life in the water unless I am bucktailing it

Great squid for fluking, also going to pick some up to make stuffed calamari hard to find tubes that big in supermarkets.

I went to the Asian Market on OldPost Road and RT1 in Edison at lunch time. They had squid like that frozen $2.99 per pack.There were two maybe three per pack. They also had frozen smelt big fellows.

I agree Joe, I even have used it off the beach and had great luck when everyone else was just standing there looking at their rods.

I get my squid from Shoprite only because it is cheaper and there is no Asian market around here.

Have been getting my Fluke bait from the Asian market for years.......they also have smelts that look like spearing on steroids, which work great TT^
