PFD Question

I have a 16' alumin. boat I will be out fishing with 2 other guys I have 3 life jackets and 3 life cushions on the boat all Coast Guard approved. Is that the correct type and amount for the number of people aboard? Thanks for the help.
Will be fishing the Navesink and Shrewsberry on Sat.

yEP YOU NEED ONE FOR EACH PERSON AND I BELIVE YOU NEED ONE THROWABLE RING IN A REACHABLE SPOT LIKE NEXT TO THE WHEEL ON THE FLOOR
