Hit the am trip for a load of action on the Superhawk which sails from Pt. Lookout, NY. Granted, I most of what I caught was 30 or 40 throwback seabass, but in the end I wound up with 8 very nice keepers as well as 7 large porgies which were enjoyed for dinner on the grill with my friends and neighbors. Some ling and a couple of fluke were also brought aboard by other fisherman and everyone went home with dinner. Capt. Steve and the crew of the Superhawk always do a great job and are one of the best 1/2 day operations on the Island.
