I have heard the same thing about the cooler numbers being off.

I had a measuring board made for me. When I had the ruler put on the board it is set to measure an 1/8 inch shorter than what the fish actually is. Thus, an 18 1/8" fish measures 18" on my board. ;D

Is it a short , is it fat, is it 1/8 inch longer ,is it legal,is it a keeper.
Fishing almost sounds like that other sport.

Can't fillet at see and if you strip one for bait the rack with top/brown side must be intact so even if you cut a 30" fluke and dumped the rack over you'll be getting a ticket.
