Off the wall shark question
« on: July 22, 2008, 01:51:10 PM »
Has anyone tried eating any other sharks other than Mako?
I have heard people eat Blue, just wondering.
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

My Sharking experience is currently very limited.. But when I lived down there, my buddy and I used to fish the backs of Great and Barny bays for Brown (Sandbar) Sharks.. Often getting a few up to about 4'.. We would clean and bleed them and quickly get them on ice..They where very tasty.
