Here is an example about people who don't give exact location.
Uncle Luna went on a party boat last week. He chose the boat with the least crowd. Now, most boats were fishing in the same location, but certain captains try to work the boat to get people more fish. Needless to say, even though many boats were in the same spot, the captain on the boat Uncle Luna was on didn't work the boat properly and fail to put a good catch in the boat. He went home and checked the reports on the other boats fishing in the same spot, and they scored great.
You still have to know how to fish, to catch fish. I give exact locations to help others, but it doesn't mean you will catch.
