Wow...
I have 2000 250hp with maybe 400hrs on it. I got her fall, of last year and one of the first thing I did was change out the fuel filter, and I know  the fuel pumps were all changed out before I got her. I thought she was running her best ans was very happy with the milage I was getting. At cruise of 3700-4000RPM I was doing 35mph and getting 2.25-2.5 mpg.
Now before I went away for vacation, I poured some Seafoam in the oil tank, and some into my fuel line, via the fuel filter.
  She farted white smoke for a full 30 minutes and when the smoke cleared, I took her for a spin to burn of the rest of the Seafoam that might have been in the filter. While I was running I did not look at my fuel meter, but my buddy did and he was very impressed. I was burning 3.5-3.75mpg.    I ran all over the Hudson, down river, up river, across river and still I was seeing this big increase in my milage.  I got another bottle for my lawn equipment I was so impressed...talked my dock neighbor into trying it on his 2001 200hp Yamaie and he was very impressed also.

Yes. If your car is older than two years, it will work wonders, same with lawn equipment and any 2 and 4 stroke engines.

I had two hours between shifts tonight so I went the boat and took some pics. I'll post the pics tonight.

I was getting 3.9mpg - 4.1mpg at 4000rpm.

The only way I could show that I was getting the 2.5mpg in the past is from a post I made in another forum about my gas milage.

...My 23open with a 250 ox66 with three guys and full gear and gas get me 33kts at 3900rpm and 2.5mph in the Lower NY harbour, what the locals call the "washing machine" with hardly any tab...

I'll post the pics when I get home to my CPU and upload the shots.

The Lawrance is my fuel flow gauge. Yammy tach in the middle and on the top left you can see my Hummingbird GPS speed.

Speed = 28mph
RPM =  4100
MPG = 4.07!!!


I havn't had a chance to fill up and verify by seeing how much she really used. I did top her off last time so I will have avery good idea if the gauge is correct.

2.7mpg at 5100rpm 43mph

I have not used this product yet but know of a surveyor who does and loves it. Capt.Matt

It is used to prevent carbon buildup and when used in a very concentrated state, for decarbing an engine-(removing carbon deposits from cylinder walls, rings, etc).

Their is absolutely no way it did what you think it did.

NOT even remotely possible.

Probably clogged up your paddle wheel in fuel flo sensor throwing off your readings.

THE most you will ever see from using it in the extremely concentrated form (and adding to your oil was a bad idea)is increased compression readings when doing a compression test due to carbon removal from stuck rings.

Other then that, you won't notice a thing (but is good to add a can to a full tank every other fill up or 2) or do a decarb as per DUNK's method every 50 hours or so.
