Worked deck with Capt Scotty on both sun trips
Morning was good but took them a while to get in the chum slick, still went home with plenty of blues and lots of action. guys opted not to jig for relaxing bait fishing.
Daytime jigging boats came in with a load of false albies.
Went back out and started the blues right away on the afternoon trip. 4-5 on at times. also caught 5 false albies and 1 bonito.
Anchovies were thick on top. Catching them on a sabiki rig made for instant hookups
Nice day and night on the water....
Weather forecast stinks for this week. Maybe more canal or salmon fishing?
