Battery Park Tog?

Attended a NYC wedding Sat and stayed over in the Battery Park area....went out early Sunday AM to walk by the Hudson bulkhead at the Battery and saw about 10 guys fishing with green crabs....guess there are togs next to the bulkhead...didn't see any caught, but my son went down later and said a guy caught what he thought was blackfish....sorry I didn't bring my rod and a couple of frozen shrimp.

Its very nice downtown on the Hudson, The water is not that bad. I normally eat lunch at the North Cove Marina by the World Trade center and admire all the Yachts,
