pulling bass out of the bunker
« on: October 26, 2008, 09:07:48 PM »
Well finding the bunker has not been a problem for the Pounder 2 lately, but despite many breaking fish, we have had trouble catching anything save afew big yellow-eyed demons out of these spraying pods. What tactics do you guys like to hook the fish after you've found them on the surface? Do you spend time repositioning yourself in fron of the pods, or just sit and hope they come to you??

Thanks all

i follow the pod.. try to plan the drift and drift into them, not to spook them with the engines.
Fish out of Toms River NJ.

same as nick said, stay with them if there is action happening. if there is no action move on to next pod.

make a wide sweep to get around in front of them and drift through'em.
