SNJ Back Bay report
« on: November 01, 2008, 01:59:26 PM »
Got into bass in sNJ area in the back bay, we each picked up a dozen between 21-30" Before that sounds good we put in a good 6 hours.  My friend got his limit.  Many fish formerly known as "slots"   The bad news is they seem to be mostly in one spot right now and other good spots are empty.  Saw a ton of bait in the water, peanuts or mullet  couldnt be sure.  pink zooms took all the fish.

the fish WERE by the inlets and now it seems to have crapped out, hopefully just for now.  I got one bass and lost a second in two trips in the same area since sunday.  The NE winds have it screwed up.  I tried another spot way deep in the bay with better water, sunday night, and found 3 more fish.
