Hi All,
I was not able to get out the past couple of days but all the reports I ahve been getting say that the bite is slow yet steady. This goes for both bass and blues. The bite has been best in the late afternoon to early evening so plan your trip accordingly.
It seems like there is not much in way of what not to throw at them as just about everything seems to be working when they are in.
If you are an aficionado of reading the beach like I am now is the time to get out there and find them holes. With the barometer and a NW wind mostly the tide has been extremely low and easy reading. You would be amazed as where the holes are now. It seems everything shifted south by a good 75 to 100 yards so if you think your honey hole is in the same spot and you can't figure out why you are not catching try moving south by that amount, you might be pleasantly surprised.
I have been meeting a number of great guys on the beach a few of which I hope sign up. If you do just say hi and remember the more you post the more of the board you get to use.
Good Luck...
Happy Catching
Paul
