Had a good crew for our special 6-12 Thanksgiving Blackfish trip. We were joined with Scott Kearny,Lab, Jt,Paintball john, Uncle paulie and Stelly.
Another EARLY boat limit!!! Even lab had a limit+ north of barney
Back to the grounds, anchored up around 7am, Almost immediate MAD DOG Bite.
Nicer fish today lots of 3-5lb models, not as many shorts.
By 8:45 we already boated 50 keepers,keeping our legal limit. Bite slowed to a pic, but still a bunch of keepers were coming up. Played some catch and release.
Switched to white crabs, to try for some slobs. Stelly banged an 8lb butterball
and we broke a couple bigger fish off.
Made a drop to the south to check the life on the way home. Scott boxed a nice 7 lb oven stuffer he released and we had a few more keeper sized we released
Forget being home for dinner, we could have been home for the parade
