friday fishing SH
« on: November 27, 2008, 11:20:26 AM »
Took a half day to catch some bass. rounded the hook and pulled out the glasses to find the birds out about a mile or 2. had thousands to myself till the Capt. Ron came over and you know he always has a following.  Messed with the birds till dark with only shorts. No blues.  My buddy was on the fly and I had out clams , bunker and was jigging.  They loved the fly and the plain avas.  Drifted eels for a while and only had a few more shorts. I wanted to wait for the outgoing as there were lots of life on the FF, but my buddy was tired...grrr.    Hopefully I'll get out again on Friday.
