sat was a day to forget for us
lets just say it started with a banana, lost an anchor, busted grappel and nasty seas we headed in early and invited everyone back on us.
Sun was much better day Headed out with Greg Vonga's Charter, which consisted of Reel Ron, Sandy Hook Research John, Tony Trig, Capt Allan Net Keeper and Stellios.
Headed north started out in 50 ft picked a couple of keepers and a few shorts. Headed inshore for a few keepers and released some more shorts. Headed further north had no life, the the wind started cranking, with the current against it the whole wholes got big quick.
Moved back inshore and got the afternoon bite, all nice size fish. Not a md bite but a pick of fish for the rest of the day.
Stelly been on fire and knocked out the 11.5 lb slob and Greg Vongas was right behind with his personal best a 10.5lb tog. Them greeks stay together We had a few other in the 7-8lb range and the rest were nice boxers. Guys worked hard at the rail all day to scratch a nice catch.
Total was 40 keepers with every getting to take home a limit bag o fillets.
Pleasure meeting shrd,Reel Ron and having Capt Allan Netkeeper aboard. The rest of the bunch was fun as always.
Bumpy ride home.
Thanks again guys
