General Fishing Board.

I noticed we were missing a board..  As the description reads...  We have a forum for Reports,Tips,and Helping each other out.. When I went to post a couple fishing pictures.. I realized we didn't have a place for it to go..  Now we do..  This will clean up the other Boards and keep them on Topic.
