Bilge pump is correct. Creates a suction from the prop.  grtn

That is pretty clever. No need for a pump or electric to run it.  t^

If your to look close the tube runs from one outboard to the other..... Its one tube to both motors..... when the boat gets into shollow water they pull the center pulling both outboards up at the same time..... I thought bilge to.... But why not just put the tube on the boat..... less tube
The areas I fish are the ones you said where a wast of time
