Competition for Gulp! ?
« on: March 08, 2009, 10:15:31 PM »
Rapala (Normark) has just released a new line of soft (non)plastics.  They are obviously positioned to go head to head against Gulp!  We are carrying the freshwater version of these in select stores.  We may also carry the saltwater line if there is a big enough response to it.

Check out the sight, watch the video and tell me what you think! ;)

Hi Bob,

The shrimp looks interesting as is the crab but I would like to see how tyhe spray works.  I use the Gulp spray and it seems to help a little especially in the early spring.  The Gulp spray stays on a long time and takes at least 20 to 30 casts to wash off the oil.

very interesting, gulp! is a hard one to beat, but let them all compete for the best product, as they improve to beat each other, we, the fisherman will benefit from it.

They look interesting!  They need to expand their saltwater line.  I like their website too!

i saw it at my local dicks the other day.  they're pretty cool.  they're supposedly pheromone scented and are individually sealed.  they seem worth a try.
