Here is a great site for float plans. I know alot of people do not file one with anybody, but when they save my a$$ due to my float plan, my life insurance company ,my cat,and myself,will be happy. Download, fill in the blanks, print, and leave with a responsable party (not a beneficiary on the plan). http://www.floatplancentral.org/  <'((((><
