Stripers

Ok. So what's the deal? I'm reading reports on here that the Stripers have arrived. The water temp. doesn't seem like it's where it needs to be yet. Is this the beginning of the blitz or are we still 2 or 3 weeks away. I want to rock n roll. I'm out of Manasquan so, do I need to head up to the Shrewsbury Rocks or are they down here to?
